In 2025, we returned to create the Human of Rostec Awards, reimagining the ceremony as a single theatrical narrative. At the heart of the evening was the original stage production The Choice of the Heart — a story about difficult decisions, the balance between ambition and empathy, and the people who drive meaningful change. The performance became the emotional backbone of the ceremony, with each award category unfolding as a natural continuation of the story.

The stage was placed at the center of the venue to reinforce the idea of human-centeredness and eliminate the distance between the audience and the protagonists. Theatre, multimedia, and the awards ceremony merged into one immersive experience, where the company's values were not simply presented—they were lived.
